David A. Hollenbach
Mr. Hollenbach is President/CEO at DSoft Technology. He has worked on a variety of systems engineering and IT projects. His domain experience ranges from working on military, civil, and commercial space-related projects as an engineer/analyst and operator to commercial and government e-commerce projects as a systems engineer and project manager. He is a service-disabled veteran.
Kathie E. Reece
Ms. Reece is a Principal Consultant and Federal Projects Business Sector Leader at DSoft Technology. She has experience working as a project manager on commercial and government contracts and has extensive experience in all aspects of IT services, to include long-range planning, design, software development, implementation, and technology training. Kathie is a Professional Engineer and Certified Scrum Master.
Michele S. Fincher
Ms. Fincher is a Senior Consultant and Commercial Projects Sector Leader at DSoft Technology. Her background includes hardware, software, and information security, with experience in both government contracting and the private sector. She is an Air Force veteran and Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP).
Linda B. Locke
Ms. Locke is DSoft's Facility Security Officer, Human Resources Manager and Executive Assistant. She has expertise in the federal government and private industries; DoD and Nuclear Access Personnel Security management, training program development and delivery, general human resources management, and database management.
