Ms. Locke joined DSoft Technology in 2009, bringing over 25 years of DoD full-scope security program expertise and personnel management. As native of Northern Virginia, most of her career has taken place in the Washington, D.C. metro area with Booz Allen Hamilton, CSC, Rolls-Royce Military, NASA, and the State Department. Additionally, Linda spent several years supervising teams processing individuals for nuclear plant access with Progress Energy in North Carolina and Florida. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from North Carolina Wesleyan College.
Linda has successfully created and managed numerous defense contractors' industrial security programs for personnel processing, document control and physical security. In accordance with NRC regulations, she created a training program for task certifications for highly complicated, exacting procedures for nuclear access processing, receiving NRC and industry-wide appreciation. She led the technical requirements, testing and implementation for the first industry-wide submissions of electronic fingerprints to the NRC/FBI, resulting in plants receiving criminal histories in two days rather than two months. While at State, she was selected to participate in a diplomatic treaty-signing conference in Australia, and White House Advance Teams for Korea, China, and the UN General Assembly.
