Business Development Manager Leads development of strategies, new business development, and winning proposals for the company. DSoft Technology is looking for full-time salaried individuals with PMI Project Manager Professional certification to work on a large commercial client assignment. You will join a DSoft Technology team of other certified managers to assist our client in orchestrating and planning mid- to large scale/enterprise IT implementation projects. Past experience in large IT project management is required, to include critical path scheduling and risk management. BS in Engineering and/or Sciences as well as MS/MBA preferred. Ability to work at the executive level as well as with other PMs. Proactive personality, excellent communication skills and strong work ethic are mandatory. US citizens only. Microsoft .NET Developers Proven experience in full SDLC projects, solving challenging technical problems in connected and disconnected network environments. As team members, you will be responsible for multiple aspects of the Software Development Life Cycle, from requirements gathering thru product deployment using .NET technologies. Successful candidates need 3+ years of overall experience in product software development, object oriented design and development in MS Web and .NET technologies including Visual Studio .NET, applicable experience with C#.NET, ASP.NET, XML/SOAP, and other related technologies, and possess a BA or BS in Computer Science or related field. Ideal candidate will have 2 years in a technical leadership role and strong financial reporting experience. Must Have a Current MS.NET Certification (MCAD or MCSD preferred). MS.NET Programmers DSoft Technology has a requirement for programmers to participate in the development of enterprise-wide solutions for federal government clients. Successful candidates are team players who implement ASP and ASP.NET web page requirements, design, and development. Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems or Computer Science, min 5 years experience in general business and information systems design, 3-5 years of performing needs analysis, strong experience with ASP and ASP.NET and understanding of systems development lifecycle and Agile development.
