Mr. Hollenbach is a managing partner and CFO at DSoft Technology. Hollenbach has worked on and led a variety of systems engineering and information technology projects. His domain experience ranges from working on military, civil and commercial sector space-related projects as an engineer/analyst and operator to commercial and government e-commerce projects as a systems engineer and project manager. Hollenbach graduated with military distinction from the US Air Force Academy in 1987 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering Mechanics and later received his Master of Science degree in Systems Engineering from the Air Force Institute of Technology publishing a thesis on a conceptual polymer air-to-air missile. During his active duty military career, he worked in government contracting, systems engineering of space launch and information systems, systems analysis, program management, space operations, and as an executive officer to the Director of Operations of Air Force Space Command, receiving numerous team and individual performance awards. Upon separation from the Air Force, Hollenbach joined Booz-Allen & Hamilton, Inc. as an Associate where he worked on a variety of projects as an engineer and assignment lead on commercial communications satellite systems development, military and civil space system development and operations analysis and IT-related development projects. He culminated his career at Booz-Allen acting as proposal area lead for the NASA CSOC project, helping the corporate team win the multi-billion dollar project. In 1998, he co-authored Applied Modeling and Simulation: An Integrated Approach to Development and Operation, published by McGraw-Hill. This breadth of experience has allowed him to bring best commercial practices to government projects and discipline to commercial efforts while emphasizing an operational mentality in the development of all software products. As CFO and partner of DSoft Technology, the company has been profitable and remained debt-free. Also a senior vice president at Veteran Engineering and Technology, Hollenbach continues to work in assignment lead and engineering positions on various assignments. He is recently retired as an Air Force Lt Col reservist with his last assignment being the IMA to the Commander of the Global SATCOM Support Center. Hollenbach is an Air Force Level III Certified Acquisition Professional and holds the Master Space Operator rating. He has been married for 20 years and has two sons.
