President and CEO

David A. Hollenbach

Mr. Hollenbach is President and CEO of DSoft Technology. David graduated from the US Air Force Academy in 1987 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering Mechanics and later received his Master of Science degree in Systems Engineering from the Air Force Institute of Technology.  He has worked on a variety of systems engineering and IT projects throughout his career. His domain experience ranges from work on military, civil, and commercial space-related projects as an engineer/analyst and military operations planner and operator, to ecommerce projects as a systems engineer and project manager. He is a service-disabled veteran.

Director of Defense Sector Services

Kathie E. Reece

Ms. Reece is the Director of Federal Sector Services at DSoft Technology. She has experience working as a project manager on commercial and government contracts and has extensive experience in all aspects of IT services, to include long-range planning, design, software development, implementation, and technology training. She is also a trained operations analyst, working in Allied military utility analysis focused on air defense and space systems. Kathie is a Professional Engineer and Certified Scrum Master.

Senior Program Manager

Pat Matthews

Mr. Matthews is the Senior Program Manager for DSoft Technology support to civil, commercial, and non-profit organizations. After graduating from the United States Military Academy at West Point, he served for 20 years as an Army officer in tactical infantry and aviation units in Iraq, Korea, and the homeland. His multi-service experience includes four Office of the Secretary of Defense joint test and evaluation projects developing and testing tactics, techniques, and procedures for suppression of enemy air defenses, maritime domain awareness, and integrated air and missile defense systems.
