Jeffrey A. Stivers

Mr. Stivers is the Director of Operations for DSoft Technology. He is responsible for managerial, technical, operational, and administrative oversight, improvement, and day-to-day management of DSoft Technology’s headquarters office and remote offices/teammates. Mr. Stivers joined DSoft Technology in 2017 supporting a Lessons Learned Task Order with Air Force Space Command. In 2019, he was mobilized to active duty with the Marine Corps and was assigned to United States Space Command from 2019-2022 and served as a Battle Watch Commander in the Joint Operations Center (JOC), the JOC Director and the Chief, Joint Exercises Division. He assumed his current role in Sept 2022. Prior to joining DSoft Technology in 2017, he worked for Camber Corporation supporting the Joint Training, Education and Exercise Directorate at United States Northern Command from 2002-2017. During this time he also served in the Marine Corps reserves in a variety of billets including two deployments to Iraq (2004 and 2006) and one to Afghanistan (2013). After graduating from the University of Colorado, Boulder Mr. Stivers served on active duty with the Marine Corps as an Aviation Command and Control Officer in billets in Okinawa, Japan, 29 Palms, CA and Colorado Springs, CO. He has been awarded the Navy/Marine Corps Achievement Medal, Navy/Marine Corps Commendation Medal, Defense Meritorious Service Medal and the Defense Superior Service Medal. Mr. Stivers is a service-disabled Veteran and is professionally certified in project management.
