Air Force Resources to Share (ARTS) LIST

DSoft Technology designed and developed ARTS List, a subsite of SARP that provides a web interface for units to post available items and allow users to "purchase" items. Items posted to the site are assigned a cost. Cost avoidance is based on the value of the items exchanged.
