FRS O&M

CSPD Command Staff desired to deploy FRS by 2005. Due to a lack of internal capacity to accomplish this objective in the required timeline, CSPD contracted with DSoft Technology to provide the additional expertise, knowledge, project focus, and manpower to implement FRS. DSoft Technology successfully helped CSPD deploy FRS.
