Space Domain Awareness Feasibility Study

Congestion, from controlled and uncontrolled objects and surprise elements in LEO, creates a unique opportunity. Augmenting the Space Common Operating Picture (COP) by creating a push (i.e., notifications) and pull (i.e., dashboard) notification capability for Maneuver, Attitude and Configuration (MAC) changes, provides the critical elements of a more effective solution, built on a more robust high resolution LEO object detection system. In Phase I, the DSoft Technology-LeoLabs team researched, assessed, and documented needs of USAF, commercial, research, Space Domain Awareness (SDA) operators, and analysts to quantify their needs for a better COP by using the Unified Data Library (UDL) and creating MAC change alert messages.
