What is it?
Office 365 (O365) is Microsoft’s entire suite of office software and IT infrastructure services hosted in the cloud. Microsoft offers their software as a service, bundled into subscriptions. They range from small business subscriptions to enterprise level subscriptions. A low monthly license fee per user is required.
One of the benefits of having O365 is that you will always have the newest version of all your favorite applications like Word, Excel, and Outlook. Microsoft will automatically update their software on your computer.
In addition to automatic updates, they will also host and maintain your data from services like SharePoint and Exchange in their datacenters, saving your business money on administrative, hardware, and energy expenses.
