United States Olympic Committee SQL Upgrade and Migration

United States Olympic Committee required all data servers to be upgraded to the SQL Server 2014 edition.  Our work included an on-site assessment to document the various USOC data servers, databases, and the production systems that used them.  Each server was analyzed, a risk assessment was prepared, and then an in-place upgrade was performed.  This resulted in a 100% success rate and with no data loss or unplanned down time.  Data servers that reached their end of life were decommissioned and their databases were migrated to an upgraded data server.  Follow on maintenance included performance tuning, system patching, and other routine Database Administration activities.
